When will I receive my photos?
Throughout most of the year, photos are printed and placed into First Class Mail (to you) by our Oklahoma City lab within 2-3 business days*.  So, you may reasonably expect the mailman to deliver within 7-10 days.  The exception is our special Commencement Photo-Plaque, which requires an additional 10-12 days for delivery.  This extra time is needed to mount your photo and also engrave your graduate's name prior to shipping. 

* NOTE: Production time in our lab can extend to 5-7 days during PEAK TIMES.  This "peak" generally occurs each year from about May 25th through June 15th.     

How can I be sure my online order was accepted? 
If you provide a valid e-mail address when ordering, you should receive a confirmation e~mail shortly after the online transaction completes.  If not, please contact us so that we may confirm for you.  

May I place an order after the Priority Order Deadline?
Yes, however; please note that a $20.00 minimum order applies after the "Priority Order Deadline".  Also, requests received several months later may require an additional 7-14 days for delivery. 

My proof appears dark - will it be fixed?   
Because our goal is to mail proofs quickly after commencement, time is not taken to adjust each individual proof.  However, finished enlargements are color-balanced and also corrected for brightness during the printing process.  Don't worry... we'll make you look good!

What is the Deluxe Pearlized Finish?
Deluxe Finish packages are printed on Kodak's new premium "pearlized" paper which offers a glossy surface, vivid colors, and a luminous overall appearance.  These photographs exhibit exceptional visual interest and depth - it's a notable enhancement over standard photo papers.  

Do you offer retouching?
Image retouching is available to minimize wrinkles, soften skin tones, and greatly reduce blemishes and blotchy skin.  This option is specifically intended (and most effective) for the close-up pose.  

Can you remove someone (or something) from my picture?
The candid nature of the event requires that we snap a photo every 2 to 3 seconds as the event unfolds.  Thus, any unusual posture, flying tassels, or random background element is considered beyond our control.  It may be possible to make less than drastic alterations.  Please be in touch to request a price quote.  

I did not receive my entire order?  Where is the rest of it?  
All of your photos (except the photo-plaque) should arrive in one shipment.  Should you be missing part of your order, please contact us.  Photo plaques arrive about 10-12 days after any other photos due to the extra time required to personalize the item. 

What is lamination?
Lamination is a thin, clear plastic coating especially made for photographs.  Permanently adhered to both sides of the photo, it enhances quality while protecting your photos.  This will significantly reduce fading from UV exposure while also protecting from moisture, fingerprints, spills, stains, and tearing.  Definitely the way to go for a great look.  

What type of folders are available?  
Our presentation folders are especially appropriate to enclose when sending photos as gifts.  These custom-made folders are black with a linen texture.  The inside cover is embossed with a gold foil border.  

How will my final photos differ from the proof?
Wallet-size, 5x7, or 10x14 size photos closely match the proof.  However, because the shape of an 8x10 size photo is slightly more square, a small amount of the image (at the bottom) must be cropped during printing.  A title plus school emblem are added at the bottom of each photo except wallet-size.  

What if I'm not satisfied with my photos?
We can't guarantee that mistakes won't happen.  But we do guarantee that whether it is our goof or perhaps your mailman damages photos during delivery, our goal is your complete satisfaction!  Simply return any such items along with a concise explaination and we'll be happy to reprint or refund in full.

I never received a proof.  What should I do?
Proofs are mailed to the graduate's home 4-5 days after the ceremony.  If not received, we'll be happy to mail another proof.  But, for faster service simply view and request photos online.

Our staff is ready to help.  Office hours are 10am - 5pm Central Time - Monday through Friday.  After hours, simply leave a message and we will contact you the next business day.
